Jurgen Klopp has criticised Fraser Forster for what he perceived to be unsporting behaviour. He got in Milner's face before saving his penalty: Does he have a point? Perhaps, but it's hard to take it seriously. He constantly gets in the faces of the officials screaming his head off, so maybe he should address that first? Also, he's the German Brendan Rodgers, apparently:
Maybe I'm missing something but it doesn't look like he advanced out of the 6 yard box. Forster's a big guy but still, that's hardly 'in his face'.
Sorry, that's just the penalty save. Can't find any footage, but here's a picture: please log in to view this image Bonus footage of Klopp doing a Wenger:
FFS! Is it any ****ing wonder that the teams below us are so ****? "He looked at my player." WTF is next? "It was windy"?
Twisting the knife on a Monday morning. My Liverpool mates biting at silly texts. I love them and I'm guessing they hate me. heh
Milner's a big boy, and not above using a little 'intimidation' himself! If he's allowed Forster to intimidate him or put him off - tough. I thought it was quite funny.
To be fair, he spent 2 or 3 minutes standing a few inches away from Milner, chatting ****. It was clear gamesmanship and he should have been booked straight away. Milner didn't blame Forster after either. Don't think he was bothered by it, and it was just a good penalty and an even better save.
Roberto Firmino's transfer to Liverpool is to be investigated, apparently. Not because of the possible radioactivity of his teeth, but because of dodgy agent fees. It's claimed that Hoffenheim only received £5.8m of his £29m transfer fee, while the club's owner shifted the rest to one of his companies.
Quelle surprise money in football transfer gets appropriated en route to selling club. Only difference is who did it this time. now the teeth thats a different matter as they are truly shocking
From today's Guardian - Dicock Origi - "If I wasn't footballer, I'd be a psychologist" Divock mate, I've seen you play, you are a psychologist.
With the Arse doing their usual end of season saunter into the top 4 will Liverpool ditch Klopp if they miss out?
Thanks to the Goons crowing about how they had the most successful season in football history, the Mousers have upped their delusion levels once again - as demonstrated by this post on r/soccer:
Because it's their first season in the Champions League under Klopp - even though history dictates that means it'll be their second season under Klopp where they fail to qualify for European competition...
