Off Topic Muslims - a fresh debate.

It is my opinion that there is no place for Islam in the modern world.
It's a barbaric doctrine that is stuck in the middle ages.
After the attacks in Denmark, Spain, France I followed things closely on the news sites.
The comments that were left told me all I needed to know.
Even moderate, law abiding Muslims, who would not contemplate joining the likes of Isis were condoning their actions.
I've never known such a set of touchy ****ers in all my life.

People are getting sick of it. Personally, I have no time for them, none at all.
FFS, they can't even stand each other.

 

I get what you're saying Sid.
When I was in NI we had problems with the paramilitaries of both sides.
It was though confined to Ireland & the British mainland.
Islam though is a global menace.

 

I've got a few bricks in the back garden to contribute if we are going to re-build Hadrians Wall.

I dont mind needing a visa to go to Edinburgh.

I just don't think it'll still be a problem in 25 - 30 years time, like it is now.

High intensity issues have a way of burning out as quickly as they appear.

 

Listen mate, I know you are married to a Muslim lass & I have no problem with that.
But why do they feel the need to keep kicking off & causing havoc?
I don't see what the cause is.
At least in Ireland I could see what they were trying to achieve.
As regards Islam, I can't.

I know we have a big islamic problem at the moment, but its just another problem in the history of humanity.
Boudicca had to deal with the Romans.
We hated the french for a thousand years!
The rest of the world had to put up with the British Army turning up on their doorstep during the 18 & 19 centuries.
Our grandparents had to deal with the germans.
Our parents had to deal with the germans as well
Guys my age lived through the cold war.
Now we dealing with Fundementalist Islam.
in 20 years, maybe less, we'll be dealing with an expansionist China.
Fifty years from now we may be cursing the Brazilians.
This is just another bloodlust on the way to either armeggedon or utopia.

And just to note that there are 5 million muslims in France. They've had bloodshed from just 4 individuals in the last couple of months.

Like I've said before Billy, I'm not an apologist for Islam. I'm as disgusted and horrified as everyone else.
All I'm trying to do is retain some perspective and ask others to do the same.

Maybe, but I did't say we always beat them I just said we always seemed to have a problem with them.

My family tree takes us back to France 250 years ago, I like cheese and I surrender to no ****er..
