Yeah me too mate, but i'd still hang on to him if there was a chance. I reckon he'll go to Palace with Defoe and maybe even Cattermole.

Why the **** do we always buy good players who are crocked? Mensah, Cattermole< Hoff, etc.

I think the Hoff will struggle to find a new club unfortunately.

Defo but I doubt they both accept that. If they both want to stay and take a pay cut then I'll be happy with that.

Performance related pay is the only way to go, if they wont accept it, then get shot, let somebody else support them, we need to start building a squad of hungry players like has already been said by previous posters. Although I have had a go at Moyes maybe giving him 10 games to show some signs of progress might be the way to go next season, even though its against my gut instinct which tells me he is not up to it.

You may be right, he has been hopeless so far, results are there for all to see, has he got the energy to turn us round, who knows, personally I don't think he has, but there seems to be no obvious candidate to take over. Its a tough call, and Short is the only man who can make it.

Would you chance Nigel Clough? Brought Burton up and has kept them up.

Bit too quiet for me, we need a stronger more forceful personality to lift the crowd imo, someone more like his dad, but he was a one off, still love old big head tho. one of the all time greats. <ok>

He openly admitted that there was a bad element at the club, we need a strong character as a manager, not the whims we have now. :emoticon-0148-yes:
