And he feels head coach Chris Ramsey and director of football Les Ferdinand have laid the foundations for a successful run for the new-look west London club "I'm just so excited to get going now," he said. "I've been ready and raring to go since the day I joined. "Pre-season has been great. The boys have made me feel welcome, as have the staff. Now it's all about turning performances in. We need to make sure we're ready to go for August 8th. "Everyone is on the same page. We've got a good structure in place and there's a great bond between the players. PR puff and statement of the bleeding obvious, methinks... Surprise us all (in a nice way) at Charlton.
that's a better title this thread could run and run theres going to be ****loads of this in the coming weeks
I've linked it up to the Cardiff Board to see if any of 'em pop over. They have him down as one of their worst ever players
He barely played for them and they don't come across as the brightest bunch on their forays to West London.
Isn't better to hear this coming from the club than a load of negative stuff? Why is it PR puff? It's the club communicating with fans via the media, nothing wrong in that whatsoever.
No indeed! I've no problem with communications from the club that aren't practically content-free. But we get this "everything's great and we're all together and ready" every season, though, irrespective of whether we actually turn out to be the Keystone Cops. They're hardly going to say "we're sh*t, we've got it all wrong, and we're dreading the first game." Hopefully, they're not. Hopefully, we'll be good.
