The Club is trialling a new self-service ticketing machine as we look to offer supporters more ways to pre-purchase tickets for home matches. Installed in our Tiger Leisure store at the KC Stadium, the touch-screen machine is already up and running with fans able to buy tickets for our forthcoming Capital One Cup tie with Swansea City. And by using the new self-service machine, you can benefit from the reduced online ticket price of just £10 adults, £5 concessions and £1 juniors aged 18 and under for this fixture. Supporters can either log-in to their existing ticketing account or simply use the machine to make a one-off purchase, with payments accepted via credit and debit card. Our retail staff will also be on hand to guide you through the buying process should you need it. The new self-service machine is available during normal Tiger Leisure opening times. Tiger Leisure at the KC Stadium is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Please note that tickets for our game against Swansea City are currently only available online and through the self-service ticketing machine. Qualifying Season Card holders can gain free entry to this game. So theoretically you could nip in there at say 14:45 and buy a ticket for a game kicking off at 15:00?
Maybe you could buy 5 minutes of air conditioning whilst you shop there Similar to a purchase of Wifi on a train
It's peculiar isn't it Since the As left the building there have been a few positive steps I'll end up coming back at this rate!
That's an odd statement. Which explains why PMT liked it. They might not be going to watch the team play, but, they're still the driving force behind all these changes, remember, nothing happens at the club without their explicit say so, right down to hashtags apparently. Any money you pay, goes to them. I don't see why you'd be worried about going to the KC (along with PMT) on the off chance you bumped into the owners. Strange, really strange.
The club have some very good ideas about accessing tickets ongoing, I expect they'll be announced shortly and I'm sure they'll include a machine in the Prossy Centre.
I'm not in the slightest bit worried about bumping into them That wasn't my point at all I was simply stating that a few positive things seem to have been done of late (ticket machines & beam backs for example) and pointing out they seem to have been happening since the As decided not to attend the KC. My understanding ( although I could be wrong) is that they don't attend at all even during the week, so I do wonder whether that means they have given more leeway for someone who is there to manage things. If these things are at the bidding of the As then fair play to them, they are good as far as I can see my line about maybe coming again was slightly tongue in cheek admittedly, although there is a real point. I didn't decide not to renew because I was worried I might be sat next to the owners, but because of a general feeling of disillusionment with the way the club is run ( & with football in general as well I have to say ) Things being done which I think are positive are bound to make me feel less disillusioned, and therefore more likely to return. You watch ...someone will be using the words Hull City on promotional materials next!...maybe I'll even come back then!
They're not currently attending matches, but Ehab is still acting CEO and does still work at the KC as far as I'm aware.
I seem to remember either hearing or reading somewhere that Ehab works from their Melton office not at the KC these days.
The last I heard, which was only two weeks ago, nothing had changed and he was only staying away on match days.
More machines! im constantly getting told off in the bank for queing and waiting to deal with a human....it wont be long before the world domination!
Ok I just seemed to recall something about his office being cleared and moved out a while ago No doubt simply internet rumours Anyway some positive stuff being done, and if that's down to Ehab then as I said fair play to him
Might just be a mix-up, I think there was talk of his suite being emptied and made into an extra corporate area.
