I'd say this is a more likely formation:

    upload_2015-5-21_9-36-12.png

    Tactics:
Perez in the corner as the ball keeps being played long to him despite Williamson not being able to get back from one of our well worked free kick routines
Cisse and Janmaat have been told to keep as far apart as possible after the alleged spat between them
    Sissoko is basically sat down
Dummet just got a bit enthusiastic and had to get covered by Jonas.
Colo has gone to help Jonas out without noticing Williamson is still up top working out if there's someone he can foul off the ball to allow him off on holiday early
Gouff is running around with no purpose whatsoever
Colback and Krul are just wondering what they did in a past life to deserve this!

Please not Cabella.... just, no. Not this game. Runs blind, no end product.

Put Sissoko there and Abied in CM or mabye even Jonas or Anita. Is Janmatt not back?

Poor Abeid. It must be sickening for him. We have a young lad full of energy and quality, with the aggression you need in this scenario, having taken part in most of our best performances this season, and yet Saint John has decided he knows better and Ryan Taylor is the answer. I like Raylor, I like what he has put in for the club since he arrived. If we had a few more with his attitude, we wouldn't go far wrong. However his legs are gone and he is finished.

I heard John Carver took all the players in the dressing room and said, if you dont want to be involved in the West Ham game and if your not up for it, go walk out and you can have Sunday off. All the players proceeded to get up and walk out but the door was locked and John had swallowed the key!

Couldn't believe we tried to play a dimond with the defnsive traingle of Raylor, Colo and Willo....

combied age of about 100 and the legs to match. Madness!

    -------------Cisse----------------
    ---Perez--------------Aarons---
    -------------Sissoko-------------
    -----Colback------Anita-------
    Jonas--Colo---Dummett--Janmaat
    --------------Krul---------------

I don't think Cabella is THAT bad. I mean, at least he's potentially a PL footballer, unlike literally every other left sided option (Sammy?! Gouf?!?!).

I'd definitely go for a solid midfield with energy. Maybe go Cabella left, Sissoko right, Colback alongside either Abeid (if SDJ is fit enough to play No10) or Anita (and play Abeid further up which he prefers). Again Perez might as well start, because Cisse looked shot. Defence picks itself. Ryan Taylor should have been given a free transfer by now. Jonas at left back works for me.

Sammy is a sorry excuse for a footballer. League 2 is his level. Gouffran, not even Conference standard.

They will play where and how they're told.

All this tactics lark has been confusing them for weeks now, fortunately after the weekend, the team and staff can have a well learned rest, and a few rounds of golf....<ok>.

I take it everyone's getting hammered on Sunday like?
I'll be starting off in the car at 11.30am, getting dropped off in Town for about 12.15 and will hope to sink around 6-7 pints by kick off to help numb the pain.
Also thinking of taking a hip flask full of Kraken Rum with me.

I'll be sober and ready to give that lot abuse if they **** this one up. Getting out of dodge quickly if we go down. I don't envy anyone that works in town if that were to happen. It'll be mayhem.

You seem to be missing one (extremely large) detail in your plan there. Some might say there is a hole in your plan. Whereas I would say your plan is missing a hole. A massive hairy hole.

    Match Appointments
    Referee:
Martin Atkinson Assistants: M Mullarkey, S Child Fourth Official: K Friend

    Last sighting was v Everton
where he sent off Colo and awarded Everton the softest of penalties against
when Le Gouf challenged the diver Lenon

" Mike Williamson fired the rebound goalward where it hit McCarthy on the line but referee Martin Atkinson waved away penalty claims, despite the ball clearly hitting the Everton player on the arm."

considering we have had 9 strong penalty appeals not given this season
I'm wondering when we will see another one for us

Ahhh, rum. Liquid gold. Anyone who buys Whisky needs to explore the sweet nectar of rum. Some recommendations, Brugal for everyday, Doorly's if you've got a touch more coin or at the top end Dipomatico Exclusiva. Anyone else?

Some fine choices. I am personally a fan of Angostura 1919 and Appleton Estate
