I go to Creative Vandals for mine. They're expensive but very highly rated and all very good at what they do. Got one last week and it's itching like crazy.
i go to ouch in goole, waiting list around 6months. 26hours altogether and only 1hr to go on thursday, finally got it all finished.
Bumping an old thread for advice. Im thinking of getting my first tattoos, some writing fairly large each letter 2 to 3 inches. So the question is where would you recommend?
Creative vandals still as far as I'm aware (assuming Matt Lapping is still there...I've used him and he's excellent ) Really good, although if it's just lettering it shouldn't be too difficult to find someone good I think there is a good person in L***s too if you want to travel
Watched a show on Tattooing a while back, and there is this peanut in England who has a Miley Cyrus Fetish. He has her name and names of her albums tattooed all over him, and he's employed. He does Ironing lol
Other than Creative Vandals, places i'd recomend from personal experience, are,Twisted Image on Storey St,Aces High on Newland Ave,Cruithni Tattoo by Holy Trinity Church, one to avoid, body art bottom of princes quay.
At the age 15 / 16 i got my first loves name tattooed on 23 times in different design by King Arthur. We split up by the time i was 17.
My thinking as well. And I suspect one of the growth industries in the near future will be tattoo removal!
I can't abide tattoo's. Hate them. Each to their own mind, but I don't understand why people want to deface their bodies, with artwork which in the main looks rubbish.
