Assassination is the murder of someone for political or religious reasons, Mark Chapman claimed God told him to kill Lennon.
Terrorism, is defined as the unlawful use of violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.
Interesting someone who shirks using Google to generate his argumentative position, can try so hard to construct a political argument on a thread that doesn't deserve to be closed. Give your head a shake. BCC, you're a joke.
As is Christian, Jewish, Hindu. This is playing a game on a thread that is supposed to be proudly opposed to all of this. Take it elsewhere.
There's an argument to be had with the first part of your reply, but you're right, it's not for this board, and certainly not for this thread. I thought I was helping, but I now realise I wasn't. My apologies to all.
There are no apologies needed, Dutch; none of us need to be judgemental or sorry. We all get drawn in and it is all a part of it; this is a natural thing to discuss. I accept my first line is open to debate, but generally it stands reason in simple understanding - we know things are far from good and we can throw all sorts of **** at the wall. Eventually, some will stick. The concert was a tribute to so much, so let's enjoy it.
FFS, this thread took a sharp turn into ****. Not surprised at who has caused it though. Was that the Wembley gigs in 2000? If so, those were the ones Noel said were Oasis' lowest point. I saw them in Bridlington in 2009 (genuinely 8 days before they split up, it was their second to last ever gig) and it was great.
That would seem to be about the right time. 96 was like a Manc party, ****ing loved it. That Wembley gig was a bunch of cockney chavs doing coke and pissing in pint glasses. ****ing hated it.
I was at the Wembley gig, ****ing disgusting, pint of piss all over No.1 daughter. Even fused her Blackberry and that was when Blackberry's were still cool...
What the **** are you on about? I had zero inclination and demonstrated zero intention of turning this into 'a political argument'. Silly ****.
I wonder if Liam has read this? http://www.nme.com/news/music/noel-...source=twitter&utm_medium=social&utm_term=nme It's almost like he does care, but doesn't want the spotlight. Funny that.
that was my thoughts as to why he didn't do this silly oasis reunion.. it would have taken away from what it was meant to be about liam was just drunk during those tweets
Rather than being angry about them not doing it, I'm angry that nothing will be done. They'll still be treated as an ally by the west which is an utter disgrace.
