I just can't understand how these terrorist ideologies are so acceptable. This is effectively a show of support for terror attacks in the west and nothing will be done about it whatsoever. On top of letting them preach their extremism on our streets.

seen the cctv of the last moments of the London Bridge attack today. The one I saw started with the disgrace attack by all 3 retards on one man. They have him down and he probably has seconds to live when cops arrive and shoot them dead at close quarters. There is no excuse acceptance by any sane person to give reason or support to such actions of ruthless terror. Worried for our kids future.

They can't exactly say they didn't know about it either - it's quite ****ing clear when one team lines up on the centre circle with the offiicals what is happening.

Apparently a lot of the supporters were chanting through the silence too.

****s, the lot of them. Thank **** the Aussies won.

It's not a show of support, it's that they think a minutes silence is a Christian thing and it's seen as being against Islam to do it, so their national team were never going to do it. The Saudi FA informed the Australian FA that their culture didn't allow them to participate, but that they'd stand to the side and respect their right to do it, it seems nobody told the players that was what they were supposed to do.

Looks like a ****s trick and it's a ****ing stupid thing to refuse to take part in, but they're quite big on stupid over there.

I've got a mate who goes there every year for work. Said it's an utterly bizarre place. Everyone knows the stuff about drinking, which is fair enough, but they have an apparent hatred of western culture yet from his hotel window he could see fast food outlets ahoy including KFC etc.

He also said groups of men literally tried to kidnap his blonde colleague - who he is not allowed to eat with in any establishment or go in the hotel pool with - at several points every single day.

Willerby's full of armed police and Wolfreton School's just been evacuated, looks like a bomb report, probably a kid who's about to get in a whole heap of trouble.

Sirius West, Ganton and Wolfreton also had issues today. Bomb hoaxes and evacuations.

It was against their religion to participate.

The Aussie team should have walked off and refused to play.

According to the Guardian article a minute's silence is not completely alien to the Islamic world. There is a photo of a Saudi club team observing one.

Yep. I fail to se what religion has to do with a few seconds, what 30, 60, collective contemplation in respect of the dead. No excuse.

The Saudi Arabian Football Federation made an "unreserved" apology on Friday...

"The players did not intend any disrespect to the memories of the victims or to cause upset to their families, friends or any individual affected by the atrocity," it said in a statement.

"The Saudi Arabian Football Federation condemns all acts of terrorism and extremism and extends its sincerest condolences to the families of all the victims and to the government and people of the United Kingdom."
