He's only paid off the debts on the High Court writ, all other debts remain outstanding, I suspect they're a long way from being in the clear.
I just saw it on the Orient Trust Twitter feed, though it looks like he's subsequently settled more debts ahead of selling the club.

Despite dropping out of the league, Orient have sold a record 3,500 passes. Good for them to have their club back.
