Graham Carey has been named Division Two fans player of the year for 2015/16 with over 7000 votes. Kemar Roofe came second out of six named players by a committee. What it really says is that a club with a large following will generally win it.....now if Portsmouth had had a player nominated there player would inevitable have got more votes and won the title.....so I don't know what it really proves....but a boost for Carey to turn it on at Wembley.
This was a fan's vote so to be fair a club with more fans than other clubs have can and probably do sway the outcome. I saw better players than him in fairness although he did do well most of the time. Still he won't care and Argyle fans will be chuffed they got it for him.
