    That's the thing - I uploaded this months and months ago, but I left it on my Vuze site. I still haven't watched it, but the date, I think, refers to me seeding it. not uploading. Think I may just wipe them of Vuze as soon as the download has completed in future, and store them on my portable memory. Getting a bit paranoid!

    I thought they couldn't fully see what you are downloading so they can only assume you are doing naughty stuff. But didn't know about the share/seed.

    so you had some upload someplace then?

    I would presume the upload triggers the thing.

    I would assume using proxy and only downloading you won't get dinged.

    Put it this way if you just don't upload again and just see if you get a second ding.
