Thats actually a great kick off time for you aint it. A few beers , mates round and act like a bunch of Galahs when we score.
Tell that to the Allams. According to Assem Allam we have been called that since 1904, which is why he had the badge altered to the current one with 1904 on to give credence to this ridiculous assertion. All the more ridiculous as we weren't in the league then and no mention about Tigers due to the black, and amber striped kits until about 3 years later.
Yes a valid point and I know what you mean but we can only go away in May so this was the lesser of all the evils (in our opinion)
I was talking to a retired supported and he'd take 7/8 holidays throughout the year and he always avoided holidays when City were playing. Very impressive. I dont know happened with cup replays and rearranged fixtures.
Tbf I'm really not looking forward to playing Derby considering we haven't turned up on either occasion we've played them so far this season
We did for the first thirty minutes of the away league game. In fact, we were the better team until that point.
The disappointment of missing out on the top two has long gone now for me and I'm massively looking forward to these two games against Derby, I'm really confident this squad has got a couple of big performances in it. The home games against Orient and Watford in our two previous playoff campaigns were without doubt the best atmosphere we've seen at city IMO.
I was eating at Darling Harbour two Saturdays' ago and the following Sunday. They do an excellent firework display every Saturday about 8.30pm which was a nice surprise for me.
Spot on. The season starts now. A couple more warm-up games then the play-offs, and then all being well, Wembley. Apologies in advance, I am unable to advise which team Steve Bruce should put out or what tactics he needs to employ to win them.
I feel the opposite - we have nothing to fear and if the players have anything about them they will want another crack at Derby. Previous games count for nothing. Bristol City took 4 points off us the year Deano sent us up
Will be at the away game. But not the home game. The KCom stadium doesnt exist anymore After rotherham at home Allams out
I'll be at both and I haven't been to a home game for 2 years, I'll be damned if I'm missing this. Time everyone started rallying together and getting pumped up for these playoffs, they're fantastic games regardless of what else is happening at the club. How much longer is everyone going to cry about missing out on the top 2? We were out of the race weeks ago, get over it! Our squad is full of internationals and I'm sure they'll handle the pressure cooker atmosphere of the playoffs just fine. #spiritof2008
