Looking forward to seeing who ends up with 'ex England international star' SWP as his agent will refer to him.
His track record of assisting clubs join the Championship should be a warning to others (Fer that is)
.......and Caulker of course. Karl Henry came good though after making a couple of drops with Wolves.
With all the fanfare of Rio being released by us, I never saw him as a QPR player, he never contributed to our cause, was awful when he did play, although in hindsight he can perhaps be forgiven due to his wife's declining state of health.
I've mention before that two Aussie rugby league brothers have had 3 and 4 operations respectively. As you say, if your body has a weakness, it will never go away. Sad fact. I've had 5 knee operations including two rebuilds. Weak knees will always be weak ...... It's in the gene.
No disrespect to nines or the mods..... But this made me laugh out loud. Swords.....you'll never change eh?
Great news but I would also get rid of hill also Ramsey must be putting together a younger team Need to keep Henry
He did trying to keep Henry...he has been offered a one year contract...Henry has until June 30th to sign. Hope he does
I'm not sure that's right. It appears that it is Henry that has the option of extending his contract by another year in the same way that Dunne had previously. Or am I interpreting it incorrectly.
Thought it was a mutual decision, the club has to want to do it as does the player. The club declined Dunne, but not Henry..... ??? and not Clint....who has been offered a new deal, which I assume is cheaper and /or contains a coaching element
That's the way I read it too. Ramsey may not necessarily want Henry to stay, it's Henry's decision. To get rid I suppose the option could include an insultingly low wage. Henry has done very well this season, though of course that made no difference to the outcome. I just feel it's time to move all of this blokes on if possible, squad cleansing.
A very good friend of my son is a 20 year old Australian International that has just done their ACL for the 4th time. They've tried all sorts - changing running style - longer rehabs...- it's all over - such a shame
Being the cynic that I am you have to question his motives for joining us `if´ he knew his wife was ill.
He didn't know that his wife was ill when he joined us. She was diagnosed in late March and died 5 weeks later on May 1st.
