Welcome back Mr Pardew. I never liked you when you were here. I remember the disbelief I felt when you were appointed manager. You did a below average job, apart from one year when all the stars aligned and we avoided injuries for a season. I dont hate you, I just think you a slimy twat.. Welcome back.. “No, I am not bitter, I am not hateful, and I am not unforgiving. I just don't like you.” C. JoyBell C. “I don't hate you.. I just don't like that you exist” Gena Showalter, He has all of the virtues I dislike and none of the vices I admire. Winston Churchill You always were a silver-haired slimy **** LiamO Up the Mags..!!!!
**** Sympathy..Never asked for it, don`t need it. but if we stay positive, we can still do this escape I think. Everytime i do one of these threads we get a result, so call me superstitious but...................... we need any amount of good omens..... PS I am not gobbling Satans knobbly bellend again by the way. Its somebody else`s turn..Had enough!
"I loved managing Newcastle" "“I’m desperate that Newcastle United stay up." “The atmosphere will be red hot and their team has improved. It’s a tough ask to try to win there" Alan Pardew I hate pardew, proper hate him but his pre-match conference is cleverly worded and quite endearing. But its all irrelavent, I don't care who we are playing, who starts, who manages, whose on the coaching team, its all irrelavent. The only thing we need to concern ourselves with it getting a massive 3 points!!!!!!! HTL!!!!
Quality bloke, quality manager and did a great job. Lets talk about Pardew for another 15 years. He's box office.
A sensible post as a reposte to the most obvious 'In The Closet Pardew Lovers' I can recall reading during my short term here. Who are they trying to kid?
Personally won't boo him but certainly won't go out of my way to give him a good reception, for me I'll react the same as I would if say Neil Warnock (who was manager there last season) was still in charge of them. Though I do think he does genuinely wants to stay up.
Never known a manager do no more than an above average job and yet garner so much interest. I think there are a lot of homoerotic feelings bubbling at the surface.
Jesus, I see Llambias has got himself some local coverage claiming Pardew did a "fantastic job" and that some fans thought he was "great". Guess that means we're swapping Charnley for that greasy cockney gambler in the Summer. Wonderful.
I am thinking this weekend is the turning point. Norwich loose to arsenal. Mackems loose to Stoke (they are due a win) we beat palace and we are out of the bottom 3. Norwich and Mackems spirits are crushed and we ride the morale boost through until the end of the season.
It's the Premier League in the season where Leicester fecking City are going to win, with Spurs second. Predictability is dead. As easy as I see your prediction, I comfortably see Pardew getting one up on us, Norwich getting at least a point at the woeful gunners and Sunderland repeating the Norwich result at Stoke. I still fear, deep down, that it's a two horse race to safety and we ain't even in the saddle.
