It is most likely against my better judgement but I'd take him, just for the optimist in me to get that bit of exitement by hoping he tears the game apart when i see his name on the team sheet. Come on Ravel..... prove us all wrong
Well, he's well in there with Sir Alex so may be worth taking a punt on... please log in to view this image
If he joins, then hopefully he will knuckle down and realise he has a talent that could very very easily be wasted a la Leon Jeanne. At some point he will realise he may have talent, but not too many more clubs will take a chance on him. Maybe a pay as you play contract - not for any injuries he may have but for his indescretions.
back on. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/qpr-prepare-ravel-morrison-transfer-5919251?
I note that 70% of people on the Mirror's on-line poll say "No". Looks like Les is in a minority. Maybe Les can do something with the lad, but he is taking an awful risk and frankly I do not think that it is a risk worth taking.
If you took the trouble to read my post, I said the Boswingwa era. I'm not just referring to one player but to an ethos when players didn't give a **** about playing for the club, they took the money and there was a general sense of apathy, indifference and division in the dressing room. You only need one or two unmotivated, wayward players to spread a sense of malaise. Apparently, we are the only club in for Morrison. Ask yourself why that might be.
Despite the reasonable concerns over his character and attitude, I would rather like us to sign Morrison. He is capable of doing what Taarabt did for us 5 years ago.
Another skill vs will player. When he aligns both he's fantastic. It just doesn't happen often enough. If Sir Les can make this happen then 'happy days'. I think there's too many ill advised distractions lurking in the shadows for a lad who is easily influenced. I like the way that Sir Les admits to a wild spell. I hope he's not referring to the (alleged) trashing of the Blue Peter garden. We can do without any more hectoring from Simon Groom!
Put me down for some excitment too. This may the chance for LF to stamp his footprint on his role with the club. The buck stops with him and although l have my doubts, possible credit to Les if he can get him and work him.
Top find Sku, I spat my sangria out watching all those people sweeping up around the pond, looks like the roads didnĀ“t get swept that day in the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham hahahahahaha just like a Monty Python sketch!!! brilliant!!! Paul, you see Brits do work hard LOL hahahahahahahaha FFS. Killied me this post.
Classic!!!! I am supposed to be working and just burst out laughing at that Blue Peter clip. You lot will get me in trouble.
