Swansea We've seen again why Liverpool won't be champions and will have a real battle on their hands for top four. Concede far too many.
There's been a shade of the Brendans about them all season, as the players seem unable to comprehend that their opponents might actually want to win the game rather than hopefully keep the score down - and they go to pieces when this happens. For example when we played them in the League Cup a few months ago at 2-0 they were swanning around the pitch like they owned the place, yet as soon as we pulled the score back to 2-1 the wind was out of their sales so fast they may as well have changed their name to Mary Rose FC. Similar happened today, just as it happened at Bournemouth a few weeks ago.
I didn't see the game but on radio they suggested a Pool player that had already been booked should have perhaps got a second yellow when the score was 1-2 Swansea. Is that the case? If so shows how a ref can potentially change a match result. Thank goodness he didn't, but refs need more support from a senior ref with video evidence.
See my post earlier, a deffo second yellow for Klaven if Kevin Friend had balls. He didnt even give the foul because if he had he would had have to dismiss him. One of those take one for the team body checks to stop an attack. It didn't need a video ref, just a pair of balls.
Interesting according to the pundits, Manure are 'right back in the title race' with Loserpool slipping up. Are there only two teams competing then?
Most referees always give Pool players the benefit of doubt, particularly at Klanfield, hence decisions like the non sending off today. The same thing happened in our League Cup tie when the referee bottled giving us a second penalty and a red card for the Pool defender at 2-1.
Swansea had 26% possession and 3 shots on target. Apparently, although this year has barely started, it will be next year again for The Mousers.
When it comes to 3pm KO's, what programs/ links do people use? I have a Sky and BT online account thanks to a family member but whenever I try to watch 3pm KO's I tend to use poor flash streams unless I'm at The Lane. Is Kodi the best option or do people have links/ memberships to good, high quality streaming sites?
The one and perhaps only advantage of living in the DRC is that Supersport show 4 live 3 o'clock matches plus replays of all of the rest of the goals/near misses from the other matches.
