I don't actually get paid until Monday but managed to borrow some money today to get mine. Will be the biggest game of the season so far and as you say, unmissable.
23rd November 1996, 19 years ago today, a date all Saints fans should look back on with pride? It was the day when that mercurial talent Ali Dia graced the sacred Dell turf, his presense although fleeting, will never be forgotten. Seems like yesterday.

https://www.clubcall.com/southampton/saints-ace-scotches-schneiderlin-talk-1789865.html Clasie distances himself from Virgil's claim that he will be a better player than Morgan. Also adds that he still isn't fit enough for the PL, but hopes to be 100% soon.

https://grabyo.com/g/v/TTFyjEEcW5s Saints win v Hartlepool, including daft goal by Lambert courtesy of their goalkeeper. Also features a nice Lallana goal resulting from a long kick by Kelvin...he was a good keeper for us at that level in those days. #goodtimes
The lad is going to be the business for us. It made me laugh/annoyed there were people doubting it after half a game he got injured in and then his first couple of cameo appearances. Ridiculous expectation and understanding of the game. He will fly.

Said he knows Ron was surprised, but he felt fit. Says on Saturday the team weren't tired after the international break, but they didn't get the rub of the green. I suppose from our point of view (as he played 40 mins for Ireland without injury) he is nearer to being fully match fit for us against City.
http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/sa...lled_by_young_fans_on_how_to_succeed/?ref=rss Bertrand went to Oasis school to give a pep talk. Apparently he would have liked to have been a graphic designer if not a footballer. The only talks I remember from my old school, Northern Grammar in Portsmouth was an opera singer and a missionary.
We've had good players over the years...just not enough all at the same time. Wouldn't mind Svensson and Pahars back (in their pomp) and I would love to see Matty back and knocked into shape by Ron (Le God has said himself that he would be fitter today than back then, because he would have to be).
