Saints have got a few feature videos lined up for this little series, so keep checking back.

What a day! It was worth a trip to the lower leagues, just for the experience of taking more fans to Wembley than any club side in history. I remember stopping off at fleet services and there were so many saints fans, I might as well have been in the concourse at St Mary's!

I'd completely forgotten Marek Saganowski was still playing for us in the early rounds of the JPT. Didn't move on until Jan 2010.

I'm amazed at what I've forgotten. As above, I completely forgot Sagonovski. And Forster looks about 12 in his Norwich days :) Great day out.

I remember aging about 50 years during that shootout with Norwich.

Kelvin has forgotten it all as well...not just me. :) I notice Jaidi referred to Kelvin as Super, so the fans' nickname for him seems to have stuck.

Worst memory was taking over four hours to get from Wembley to the start of the M3, World Class Stadium, Division 2 road infrastructure. I was also disappointed they didn't parade the Cup itself, only saw it from a distance.

It was a great day out - this trophy may be the butt of a lot of jokes from fans of other clubs but it will always mean a lot to Saints, as it was such an important stepping stone at the start of our rise from the ashes. Got some great pics of my family and friends at Wembley that day.

I know I keep banging the same drum, but I'm glad we won this for Markus and gave him a great day out. He would have loved our promotions and present success, but sadly never got to see them.

... and you'd have a different name if that day hadn't happened.

Yep, I know. I too think of Saga as being part of the pre-administration club, but he was there for another 6 months. Loved the fact that the Lads all mentioned Papa Waigo too. And He and Paul Wotton couldn't half take a penalty. I look back on those days, only 5 years ago, with great affection.

On the way home from Wembley that day I bumped into a spurs supporting friend. I'm sure he thought I was a bit odd being so happy about winning a trophy he'd never heard of.

I've got a lovely picture of my late sister-in-law and my niece and nephew enjoying the victory there. I think that was the last Saints game she went to before she passed.<rose>
