Is it illegal to take a photo of someone in a hospital bed? It's tasteless for sure, but, in all honesty, the family have probably invited it with their silence.
A bit tasteless, and not something I'd do unless I needed the money for something life and death, but is it really even on the same level as a kiss-and-tell story? I can't see why the authorities have got involved, tbh, other than because it's Schumacher. No one has been hurt or slandered by it. TBH I'm actually surprised it's taken this long.
Wasn't it a "friend"? That's a pretty scummy thing to do to a friend. I guess we don't know their circumstances and reason for doing it, but still pretty scummy.
We never know how accurate any of this is of course but there's a bit more info about his current condition. It's all pretty sad stuff. https://www.news.com.au/sport/motor...e/news-story/9f0296da79669bcf0a1f85557ba07540
