I don't think so. And neither should he. Credit for backing the manager, yes, but the credit/blame is down to the manager. Wenger and Ferguson got the credit/blame, never heard their chairmen's names mentioned re signings. To be honest, Bruce's signings have been less than impressive. Not as good as the much maligned Nigel Pearson.
We should appreciate the money he puts in because to us it's new territory and we don't expect it as say a Man U or Liverpool fan. They don't feel grateful to their owners, they expect it. We don't. Actual players though, that's down to Brucie

Last season I moved from a very decent seat in the East stand to sit in the South stand so I could start taking my son, but found the atmosphere crap so I decided to pay the extra to moved back to the East stand. When I went in to move a couple of weeks ago I was very surprised to find there was very little available for 2 to sit together unless you wanted to sit low down & in the middle of a row. I don't know what it's like in the other stands but my impression was that most of the availability in the East was single seats. If that is the case I would be surprised to see many selling. I paid the extra £30+ for my son to move to move to the East a bit grudgingly and feel that it should be the same price in all stands for kids. I know some might argue that the South is supposed to be the family stand, but he actually found it difficult to see a lot of the time last season as nearly all those in front of us were adults and there were probably only a half dozen young kids anywhere nearby.
Apologies, but just so I get this right.........The new season is 6 weeks away, we are approx. 6K down on pass sales from last season, but after Friday they are taking them OFF sale so that they can concentrate on processing the ones that they have sold. So dare I ask when they may be putting them back on sale again? I would've thought that they could process pass sales as they go along, and give customers every opportunity to purchase right up until the start of the season - but who am I to tell them how to run their business.
You should be able to buy them up until a week before the start of the season, they should give you a temporary bar code for the card entry system until you receive your actual card in the post, common sense surely?
Bradford City have now confirmed they've sold 18,021 season tickets, that must be a League One record?
I don't want to seem all DMD here, but, selling our ground out twice over is, putting it mildly, a bit of a sweeping statement ............. 45,000+ passes? Nah ......
please log in to view this image The massive price increase all seems worthwhile now. We get a **** plastic 'Wallet' for our season passes.
