It's more common sense. He shouldnt have done it and he knows he shouldn't have as there was a market running on an incident during a match he was involved in. Reality is to many its a bit of a stunt, and he didn't gain from it financially but had he not eaten a pie then there was no story and those punters would just have lost their bet (does that make sense?). The rules are so strict and any player above a certain level found betting on any football market has to answer as to why.
We dont know he didnt gain from it. Hes a **** for doing it. I dont care what he has done in the past. His mind shouldnt have been anywhere else but on the game.
I don't get the uproar over this. If Sutton wanted to be taken seriously, don't have a 20st kid as your number 2. Okay, the game was going on but is it really that different from when their gaffer was vaping mid-game against Leeds I don't see how the situation is different from a player telling his mates that he's moving to x club and all them making a fortune out of it.
The Football Association has charged former Sutton keeper Wayne Shaw with breaching betting rules after he ate a pie in the FA Cup loss to Arsenal. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40607213
I feel sorry for this poor little bastard. What a ****ing horrible way to treat somebody. Ehab is such a ****.
