They'd have to be good ****ing plumbers to justify a call out charge that paid for the return ticket though!!
Aussie plumbers have to deal with brown snakes and poisonous spiders. Geordie plumbers have to deal with used condoms, tampons and other ****e.
Just done some numbers and if you laid out your wages at the end of the week for one mile you could pick up a pound note every yard These are the going rates if you are any good you can get more ,
But aren't your houses really far apart over there? So that would mean you would only pass half a dozen yards walking a mile!
Been here 46 years in that time I have seen about half a dozen tree snakes, never a poisonous one, bit of a fallacy, when snakes sense you approaching they will move off
Depends on where you live, I have lived on seven acres and also where I could almost touch the house next door
Just wanted to say good luck for next season and thanks for the pm's from the decent lads on here. No need for names, you know who you are ........ thanks and see you next time.
Very gracious of you to say so - and I am not one of the decent ones who PM'd you! The rivalry is always at it's best when we are competing alongside each other rather than in different divisions. Who knows how long it will be until that happens again, but I am hoping we will be back up with your lot soon.
Had plenty of people asking that, going to get very good references off my current employers but the Council are ceasing my current role and it's a fixed term contract I'm on again, been the same with other contracts I've had including Durham Constabulary.
Nice of you to say so, fair play to you guys for getting to 38 points, but I think if Sunderland fans are honest they need Sam to continue to improve your team because you can't just keep finishing somewhere between 13th and 17th every year.
So do I, think in the short term I will need to look at doing voluntary work to pick up on the skills that I'm currently lacking when it comes to the interview procedure.
I would hope that anyone who wants to graft, as you clearly do, would pick up something soon. I know it isn't the easiest thing in these parts from bitter experience, but wish you all the best.
Thanks, as I said they are areas I need to improve/refresh my skills, having lots of interviews with no success is getting me nowhere.
You're doing something right to be getting interviews. My experience was not even getting replies to my applications. The ones I applied for using the job seekers website didn't even get viewed 9 times out of 10 - though that was a couple of years ago now. It wasn't so bad for the ones I applied to direct, but I found that as soon as they found out my age and experience everything seemed to go quiet (and I'm not that old!).
