Deadman is one of those strange ones. He has refereed Shrewsbury on a number of occasions dating back more than 10 years. In that time we have only lost one of those games and that was when he allowed a Port Vale striker to almost kick the keeper's head in to score the winning goal. He sent off Liam Lawrence at Northampton this year (probably correctly on this occasion) but it did not stop us taking the lead and the Cobblers not equalising until the last kick of the match. We even had the infamous James Linington at Newport this year. Maybe you should get him more often.
