So who is getting relegated?

Discussion in 'The Premier League' started by Commachio, Jan 5, 2017.

  1. Anyway, someone has to drag this thread back on topic...

Who do I think will get relegated?

I think Hull and Swansea (sorry Roofie) are definitely gone. Then I think it's a realistic tussle between Palace and Sunderland, and my gut tells me that Sunderland will manage to hang on.

As regards LCFC, I don't think it is likely that they will be relegated, I merely point out the fact that it does remain a possibility.

  2. No. When he used to hurl abuse at tramps like you to get off your arse, have a bath, get your hair cut, and get a ****ing job!

I can see him now, like it was yesterday - I was 8, mind - kicking that old tramp's arse from one end of our park to the other! Fond memories.

  4. He was an old soldier who fought in WW2, some bad conflicts, and was highly decorated. He was also a very good boxer in his day. He wouldn't take **** from anyone. He was old school, and found it difficult to accept loafers (as he called them), sitting around waiting for other people to give them hand-outs. He was a tough man, Tobes, but sound as a pound. English through and through, and proud of it.

    Defoe, Snodgrass, Sigurdsson.

If any of these get injured for a month+ (or sold before Feb), then it could be the critical blow for their clubs.

Not to worried about losing Siggy if he goes , only because it would be a natural spot for Fer to slot into . Fer has more goals than Siggy this season playing all over the place , with less minutes , as Siggy ,s goals and assists come from penalties, free kicks , corners while holding down the prime attacking midfielder position . Beautiful pass from Fer to Rangel against Palace for a very important winning goal last game .

    I'm not too sure.

Surely Swansea have a few players which can find form and get them out of trouble? Sunderland have a chance with Defoe.

Borough look decent but could easily go on a bad run and struggle to score goals.

Hull are in big trouble that is true.

Palace and Watford should have enough.

    18. Sunderland
    19. Swansea
    20. Hull

Straightforward answer to that is no, they don't. Not one of their centre halves is good enough. They're championship standard at best.

They need two in the window to stand any chance at all.

The rest of the team is ok to be fair but they could also do with a goalscorer.

As much as it pains me to say yes (no love lost between Charlton and Palace)...yes I think he will. His early results have been disappointing, but I think it's a case of get through Christmas and then start to work with the players on the survival plan.

What, that I occasionally found someone who was genuinely funny to be amusing but don't find someone painfully lacking in any wit or humour, you, to be so?

Yeah, most of us would think so too.

To be fair, I often piss myself laughing at HIAG's **** ups.

He's funny, but not in the way he likes to think he is.

No sweat, just a bit of a laugh..

I know we are prone to a **** up, but that would be an historical **** up, even for Spurs!...
