Southampton Half Marathon

    I am running the Southampton Half Marathon this Sunday in order to support a friend who is embarking on a project to help fight poverty in South Africa.

    She is/was a ref, that's worth a few quid from me. Good luck tomorrow to you and anyone else doing it, gutted I won't be there, seems like half the city will be out.
