    Exactly right. It's like the "Bring Him On For England" song for Le Tiss by the Valley Slags. I mean, it's never going to be a chart botherer, but enjoy it for what it is (and more so the fact there's reason to have one done!)

    Exactly. Being a complete musical snob, I know that the vast majority of popular music is complete dross, designed to fill your ears for a few moments before being forgotten. The exceptions, and there are quite a few, consist mainly, but not entirely, of stuff that I happen to like. Because of what this song is, the people that made it, and the market it is aimed at, I like it.

    It's hardly being a snob. I could argue that it is lame to like anything just because it has a Saints badge on it etc. If I don't like a kit design, then I'll be honest and say I don't like it. If our fans sing an embarrassing chant, again I will say if I don't like it.

    Surely the only way to appreciate something like this is to marvel at how awful it is? Listening to that tune is like biting a lemon-strangely compelling perhaps, but something any sane person would only ever do for a bet.

    Actually i was referring to any song/chant. I've read many people complaining about anti-Pompey songs.

    The charity thing is good of course. I'll throw in a couple of quid if they promise not to play it at St. Mary's :)

    Cripes. Just watched the video and the manic nature of it actually made me smile. And that song accompanied it quite well. I think it's actually growing on me. Mind you, it's coming from a long way down. :)
