One of the few things about St Marys, that I'd have different, if it could be, is the location because when a cold wind comes up the Itchen river it gets over the roof and swirls in and around the stadium. I've frozen my arse off several times there due to the cold air that gets in. I don't feel it when on a boat so perhaps I should watch matches in my sailing gear. :)

Did they ever fix the leak in the roof that soaked some people at the back? Obviously we can't expect too much until Sky money gets serious....tradespeople cost such a lot these days. #sarcasmmode

You know, maybe that's not such a bad call !!?? Yosh would provide a bit more physicality within the 3x CB's. <laugh>Or am I just being plain stupid !?

No, Yosh would provide my blood pressure to rise considerably.

They'll be more than just Tom losing their faith pre-kick off if this was the case.

I prefer Yoshida in a back three as opposed to a back four. We shall see. I think we look better going forward with a back three

One of those could-be-any-result games. So long as we play well, and I get to watch a good game (both of which I am hopeful of), then I won't be too fussed about the score.

I'm expecting to see Clasie back in. I suspect that Ron didn't fancy him playing three times in eight days (he does get subbed a lot, afterall), so picked the Arsenal game as his game off. And if he's fit enough to start, then I'm inclined to go with Austin over Mane.

Bizarrely, given their recent history, West Ham are playing some free-flowing and entertaining football. Should be an exciting game.

I'm really looking forward to Jordy playing again - I think he's slowly coming into his own; I suspect that in a few months people will be banging on about what a good signing he was.

I'd go with Austin over Long personally.

Sorry about the other night. I wasn't in the right frame of mind to see your "**** off" line as banter.

I would start with Romeu to keep Carrol quiet and then bring on Clasie when he goes off injured :)

Interesting one this for a number of reasons -
    1. Andy Carroll only comes back selectively and mainly that seems to piss us off by getting the Ammers an undeserved draw win against us. We need him injured early. So I'd play Frannie if he's available
    2. I think Ron would have gone with wing backs for this one but Mattie is injured. Cuco maybe?
    3. We could really do with the Magnificent Mr Stephen Davis for this game.
    4. CA9 may not be fit enough to start, so super-sub again.
    5. I would really want Dusan on the bench, he's better against tired legs.
    6. Shane and Sadio can't be as lacking in product again as they were up the ... err Emirates
    7. Can't decide whether West Amm are really any good, depends who they play

Davis doesn't know himself if he will make the bench tomorrow, he trained today but RK ideally likes his players to have full sessions Thurs/Fri if they are going to play.

I'm sure Koeman said that both Davis and Austin had full training sessions the past 2 days, no?

With Austin having point to prove to Mr Sullivan, would love to watch him and ShLong running rings around their back 4.

Maybe nice to see Sadio come off the bench for a good half hour too.... Mix it up a bit...
