What sort of sporting/ fitness activities do people on here take part in? I play badminton and go to a boxing gym (just punching bags and pad work), but both sports are really challenging in their own way. So what do you lot do and why would you recommend it ?
I go to the gym 4 times a week and enjoy spinning classes during the winter and cycling (usually to the gym and back) in the summer, in my younger days I played footy and rugby in the winter, tennis in the summer and squash all year round
gym at least 5 times a week, attempting to keep up with the younger gym bunnies who shift loads of weight, two pluses to this, a certain respect from kids who are 20 - 30yrs younger then me, and them there doozies in lycra !!!! my gawd some of the sights sure does make ya feel a lot better !
I play squash 3 times a week, five a sides Wednesday lunchtime. Gym aerobic sessions Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. Golf, driving range regularly & at least one round a week. Apart from that **** all.
I'm a bit like you Craigo, give the old punch bag 10 t 15 minutes going over first thing in the morning. That is until she gets up and makes the breakfast.
I regularly watch a load of ****s kicking a ball about. I then talk to a load of ****s about a load of ****s kicking a ball about. **** just tweaked my hamstring reaching for the bickies. I'm going to have to take it easy
That fact that the most popular sports posters on here participate in are boxing and ****ing comes as no surprise.
