    After a long wait, Saints play again on Sunday 19th March against Tottenham at White Hart Lane. Shown live on SS1.

    Team v Watford

    Forster; Bertrand; Stephens, Yoshida, Soares;
    Redmond; Davis; JWP; Romeu
    Tadic; Gabbiadini

    Saints are likely to field a largely unchanged side. No new injuries are reported, but likewise no player with long-term injuries is expected to return.

    After a mixed start to the season, Saints have had two good wins: a 4-0 victory against Sunderland and a 4-3 win against Watford. The scoreline v Watford flattered the hosts as Saints dominated the game. Can Gabbiadini continue his run of 6 goals in 4 games (7 reallyo_O). He is on fire, but will face a sterner test at WHL. Spurs last two results in the EPL were wins against Everton (3-2) and Stoke (4-0) and they sit 2nd in the EPL, though 10 points behind Chelsea. Spurs came out 4-1 winners earlier in the season at St Marys.

    This will be a tough one without a doubt. I have a rule of never predicting we will lose so I'll go for 1-1 with Gabbi scoring. Forster will have a blinder. :)

    ----------------Forster------------------
    Cedric Stephens Yoshida Bertrand
    ------------Romeu Davis--------------
    JWP ---------Tadic --------Redmond
    -------------Gabbiadini------------------

    Still 9 days out. We will need some more protection from the two CDMs than was offered in the Watford game!

    They have just broken their record for consecutive home wins so next week it ends.

    I think Gabby has introduced a feeling of optimism into not only the fans, but the team. The players must have got depressed when a goal against almost inevitably meant a loss. We now have that feeling we had in the lower leagues: :emoticon-0159-musicWe will score one more than you:emoticon-0159-music I can see us getting something from the game, though not sure about the defence....my prediction 2:2 or 2:3 to Saints.

    He has. I always felt there was nothing wrong with our strikers and all we needed was a better delivery. Maybe I was wrong. Either way, Gabby has drawn defenders away creating more space for both the delivery and for the other forwards so everyone is enjoying their football more. Spurs get better each year though so a draw would be a fantastic result in my opinion.

    Now that I've checked properly, it's actually a 2pm kick-off...
