He hasn't done enough to warrant a contract yet IMO.

Should have waited until the summer.

Great stuff, that frees up a loan slot for us to talk about until March 24th too

Although he's been abit hit and miss in recent games, great potential though so fantastic news! Should we be expecting Greening to take his loan spot shortly then?

Nice one....I hope Evans does the same...Chester, Stewart & Evans have all impressed me so far. Evans linked quite well with Harper on the weekend. I actually thought Harper had a good game as a result. Very strange

That is surprisingly good news but I wish he would be played upfront against a slow Leeds defence tomorrow.

Great signing. He's only young and if he gets a bit of consistency in his game he could be a really good player. He's got pace to burn which is so important in the game today and something we've lacked in the team the past few years.

Let's see how long it takes SSN to mention it on air, their coverage of anyone outside of the Prem is pitiful

I honestly think under Pearson's & Shakespear's guidance this lad can really do something for City.

I see him more as a forward than a winger with his pace, frightening defenders as he leaves them in his wake, a bit like the unmentionable one did during our last season in the championship.

I think he will be a bit like Jay Simpson once he scores one he will score a hat full.

Good news. He has shown by far enough promise to warrant a signing.

    lol, soz m8

He should for sure be up front if he's going to play, honestly think Devitt is the better choice out on the wing.

Sorted, I take it the Evans deal wasn't to Man U's liking cos you'd of thought they'd have announced them together if so.

Evans has only played 1 1/2 games for the club! Far too early to be talking about a permanent deal.

I think this is great news, if we'd of waiting until the summer if Stewart had impressed then he would no doubt have been offered a new contract by Manchester, I have faith that he will continue to improve and impress everyone here!

Does that mean we've signed some pace? Is that the first time we've had some since Jenkinson?
