Passionate? Don't really know, but I once had a knee-trembler at the back of the Paddock Stand around 1974

    Playing Luton I think.

Way back about 1955/6 or so I once sat down in The Kop in an almost empty ground. I have yet to meet a scouser who will believe me.

PS: Just re-read that and it does not make a lot of sense; should have said that for the whole game there was no more than about 15K in the ground during the game. Not much passion and knowledge on display either.

Good spot. Always nice to come top in a poll like that.

Funny, if unsurprising that the mags have twice the bans of Milwall and nearly four times what we got! The Bigg will need repainting again... <doh>

Interesting...I would say our away support is second to none, but not our home support.

Whilst I don't argue that your fans are great, that article is a ****ing load of ****.

The first 5/6 teams are just teams that win regular trophies so the fans get labelled glory supporters, then by default become boring.

Putting our fans right next to City's fans is a laugh.

Then near the top... Liverpool fans, **** sake, what's defines passion there? How far you can back your racist striker?

I like both City and United fans to be honest. Their old school fans are very good, passionate people who love their clubs. Yeah there's a few corporates and travelling asians in the stadium on match day but I wouldn't really count them.

Chelsea and Arsenal are admittedly ****ing jokers.

It's all a load of bollocks mate, people who only ever watch on Sky probably sat there voting.

I was at Palace, on Monday, and the home 'atmosphere' was shyte ........ when I watched the Sky recording I couldn't believe what they were saying.

"Oooooooh Oooooooh, Palace, Palace, Palace, Oooooooh, Oooooooh" ALL ****ING GAME!

They think they're in some sort of sausage-fest choir, I bet there's some fat **** stood down in front of them all conducting them with his pie in one hand.

Claiming credit again for other people's work Bri, that's low, it's bad enough you do it with the match threads that you rip-off from that cool lad on the other forum, but this...

It's bad enough it's 24 hours until kick off and I haven't even started the match preview for either here or the RR. <laugh>

Don't worry, the other lad will be on his A-game, all you need to do is copy and paste <ok>
