10 hours without a goal for Sunderland this season. But with Fellaini on the pitch all that can change.
Yes, of course it was ffs. Harsh red but after the Coleman injury all refs will be ultra ultra cautious now, as they do.
Obviously a foul but I don't think it's too nuts to suggest if it was the other way around, it would probably have been a yellow. In reality, one of those that would be an orange card if such a thing existed.
Still think 4th is a big ask but there are two sides who are better than the rest and then four more who are in the hunt for 3rd and 4th. Considering the disjointed sack of **** van Gaal left behind to still have it in our own hands will do at this stage of the season. I genuinely don't know what the **** some people expected from this season.
I fancy City to slip up and us to finish 4th - not brilliant but still a good end to a first season under JM. This little sequence of three games in eight days will be tough for them -
Ours is a bastard. We'll soon find out if we're up to it. Is that allowed? Am I within the rules of not606 United forum to say things of a slightly positive note? Or in saying so will I be quoted as saying something entirely different in order to prove some other persons non point?
Didnt see the 2nd and 3rd goals as I am out with "the fam". I'd like to say it gives some indication of momentum for the Chelsea game but I can't see it. I dont think Top 4 is probable. I also don't see there's much to prove we'll outscore enough teams to win the EL but fingers crossed, I may be pleasantly surprised.
That first match against a very good consistent team like the Chavs will be very instructive. Every one expects us to get nothing from this game - ok a few say we might get a point. We have some players who although inconsistent could turn it on on their day. The likes of Pogba, Mikhi and Zlatan could (not saying they will) give United an unexpected result. They shouldn't need motivation or worry about tiredness for that game. As I said earlier, JM should just go for the win. A draw is not of much use except for Spurs who have ambition to catch up with the Chavs.
