    I don't want folk banned on a free speech board but there's a line and calling people nonces and rapists and things like does cross it. What irritates me the most is that redhead/gus bus/baz or whatever he's called now was banned for making a rape comment. Double standards.

    FYI us mods don't live on the board and the Hull fans have been getting it right back, so I can live without the bleating, ta very much. The use of "nonce" was probably more unfortunate than deliberate (at least that's what it looks like to me in context), but if there's any OTT stuff PM us and we'll deal with it as necessary.

    You're doing a great job mate, I enjoy having a free board where people live on their wits instead of running to the mods.

    The Hull posters have been trying all week and still haven't landed a single blow on me.

    Their mods are a total disgrace as you well know ....... **** them, I can take tossers like these with one hand round my Stella <laugh>

    Most of them are decent, smug and it's not exactly hard to spot the twats. Just keeping on treating them as you find them....simples.

    Hotredhead worked on it mate. Did more than just that.

    But this Hull thing should die down of its own accord as we all move on. If the Hull wums persist in coming back, then we'll close all the old Hull threads and if they still come after that, then bans might be in order. Depends on the facts as usual.

    Don't want to stop decent fans from visiting the board, but if they're just here to hijack threads or wind people up then we'll act.

    Some people like to dish it out, but really don't like it back up em, (no, not a barrymore pool party).
