Ann Holland does a good job of doing what she does, most seem happy with the assistance she gives them, but she simply doesn't fill the role that the SLO is supposed to fill... UEFA describes the SLO as an “advocate of both sides, representing the interests of the club (or national association/league) AND those of the supporters”.
