With interest in Pantsy's next Chaotic game hitting new heights we proceed once more to the second tier of this exciting competition to establish whether Chippy will win this game as well and become a serial winner as opposed to a serial killer.

3. You are voting for the BEST headline.
4. On this occasion you can change your vote.
5. If there is a tie I will have the deciding vote against which there is no appeal or whining. My decision is based on all relevant factors that I think are relevant.

Time for another award ceremony. Time to find out who the Public believe has what's needed to go to Canary Wharf and back. Time to assimilate the voting and put it under the scrutiny for which FIFA became renowned.

Initial leader on the voting table is Benitez Agent with five votes. That being said he has the support of the Cheat, The Crawler, The Liverpool Board's favourite Mafia player, one of Jak Man's servants and himself. What a criminal cohort has been revealed. Credit has to be given to the Servant Master who has tried to embroil even more people into his Far East betting rings but he has to get up tomorrow before he beats this Games Organiser. We weren't born yesterday!! Notice also the regularity that Benitez Agent changes his name. Notice the regularity that Benitez Agent votes for himself. Well not this time Mr Crime, no deal, you don't win this Game playing in that manner. Imagine what would happen to this Game if it was simply a question of getting the most votes...

No Chance comes in second on the voting table but again has an initial fatal flaw of having voted for himself. No Chance demonstrates a propensity of being clearly desperate for votes and liking himself too much. We then see Jak Attack playing the old "switcheroo" vote based on the distraction theory of voting. All the money goes on Benitez Agents submission whilst Jak Attack puts his vote on No Chance's and he thinks we wouldn't spot such a deliberate and obvious ploy. And the less said about his third voter the Southern Scouser the better. Not today Far East Betting Scams Partner.

Whiter than Day comes in third on the voting table but again has voted for himself, Rules are rules and standards are standards. Not this time Mr Blue Sky.

Sebb is joint next on the voting table. Sebb has graciously indicated that he'd stand to one side to allow fresh blood to win this famed Game and in all honesty is slightly embarrassed at how regularly his entry is by far the best. Thanks Sebb for such a magnanimous gesture once again demonstrating what a swell guy he is.
