misdirected perhaps. Sunderland robbed you off 6 points within a week.

As was documented earlier on here via the BBC website, they put in a real shift against us in terms of effort (sprints, distance covered by each player etc). They then failed to turn up against Swansea as well as leaving their shooting boots in the dressing room.

Didn't they run on average something like 2km more per player?

    Summat like that yeah.

Remember Borini chased every lost cause and culminated in Maguire fouling him, which led to their second.
Pickford was inspired against us, but gifted them an opener.
    Fine margins.

I did think this would be the case.

They 'proved their point' against us then couldn't be arsed to go through it again against a spirited Swansea.

That said, if any of our chances had gone in, it's likely they'd have folded.

Hopefully, we'll get the chance to consign them to another season of Championship football next season.

Next season, it'll be interesting to see who's at the bottom of the PL. Swansea should do better than this season, although if they lose Siggi Jonsonn and Llorente - then who knows?

But I do think that Newcastle and Brighton are gonna be better than the three relegated sides this season which will tighten it up.

Yeah they'll both stay up. Tough to call next season - maybe Watford, Saints, Stoke and Swansea, with Llorente another year older, will struggle.

With Chris Hughton as manager I don't think they will. I'd love to see him here.

Will surely be the least interesting, most bland PL season so far
OAP rest home Bournemouth, antique dealers LGBHA, bland Soton from the S coast.

Commuter belt titans WFC, CPFC and potentially Reading.

That's 7, then AFC, THFC, WHU and CFC, takes it to 11.
5 from the NW, 2 from Midlands, one from Wales and one from the NE.
Factor in also the utter predictability of most of the results and it will be boring as ****, and even more overhyped than ever before.

Yes, how much more vibrant it would have been with our sold out home games and sold out full allocations of away tickets.

I think they'll finish no lower than 15th.

Others may love to see them keep there, but that doesn't mean they will.

They left their shooting boots in the dressing room for most of the game against us as well, they could have easily scored 3 before they finally did. And on the back of that result it was obviously easier for Swansea. It is better if you aren't relying on quite a few loan players like us, normally there's a reason players are loaned.

You'd have thought they'd play better at home than away, but I guess the players don't give a crap about their support, as they'll probably have a big turnover of players now just like us.
