Looking down on the dugout as I do, he spends most of his time pulling the strings and focussing on the smallest of detail with his players and I have to say it's such a comforting sight to see.

His 4 inches of visible scalp is like a comfort blanket and when you see it you just think... 'Rafa's got things under control' and you kinda think 'there's no way we can lose'....

Of course we will lose games from time to time cos he isn't god..... but what a sight.

The last time I felt like this was when the silver mane of SBR was visible marshalling the troops.

Long may those inches be visible and standing proud.

Howay man Albert, that is a ridiculous stat. We are in the championship. The way that reads is they are taking all managers who have more than 25 games as the marker. Yet some of those will have played hundreds of games, at the top level for the majority of it. If I'm reading it right then we need to judge him in 5 years time.
