Especially as the Dai family now have a controlling stake in Reading.

This is closer to the truth than any of the other rumours circulating

Last Tuesday was a great chance to fill the stand behind the goal with East Hull youngsters.

Goodwill, building bridges, new young customers etc

    But no.

The umpteenth chance missed by the bungling owners to build up our club and its fanbase.

I ask again: incompetence or malevolence?

Didn't the Chinese takeover fall through because the woman had put down her brother as a co-owner and he had been in prison for money related situations.

Therefore they failed the FA wellness policy.

Nobody had been to prison, they just lied on the application about where the money was coming from (at least we think they did, the FA don't go public on these things).

Not sure if we have the same source, or they're connected, but I heard very similar , only difference, it was a family of pandas

    Yes I think you're right.

    Red pandas.

I can see where the error came from.

I like that according to some the two deals collapsing is meant to show that the Allams have the the intention to sell.

In that vein, let's go with another option. The surplus spending we had meant the Allams were starting to struggle to find the liquid assets to loan cash to the club to keep us going. As a result they started talks to sell the club before they found the football authorities witholding the income needed to pay players wages etc (as they would be entitled to do under various rules) and they started losing all hope of regaining anything. Then we went and got promoted again, they saw £££ and intentionally ****ed the deal with Grieve up as they no longer needed the face saving exercise of the sale. Then with all the no intentions to sell allegations starting up and the transfer window opening they thought the easy way to keep things relatively low was to have another "takeover" happening, claim it was preventing signings and control the scale of protests as gullible fans would give it the "shurrup they're selling anyway, just support the team" crap. Then all you've got to do is find some convenient way for that to collapse last minute that's not undeniably Ehab's fault. Oh look, it's leaked they failed the fit and proper person's test, job done. Just hope nobody notices they passed it at Reading so it must have been some other cause.

Of course Assem's masterstroke was making Ehab the public leader in these things. It meant he could orchestrate it and nobody would believe it, because Ehab is such a simpleton he'd not be able to think of something that underhand without bragging about it, and we'd all believe he was so stupid that he'd be ****ing these things up through the ineptitude of upping prices after deals agreed, and not ensuring all the paperwork in a £100M+ deal was correctly filled in by both sides before getting Doris at the FA to rubberstamp it.

Assem I agree, and I don't think I've ever called him stupid. Ehab though I think is genuinely as thick as he comes across. If you were to make a cartoon series out of them it'd be this one:

    Malevolence.
He's drove many away including me,my son and daughter.
I may return when they've gone but the longer it goes on the less chance of that happening.
Footballs become a toy for owners to toss about with disregard fir it's supporters.
    No Ta !!!!.
Might go to a few RL games they seem to appreciate the punters.
