what did you take ? I cashed £570 and have another £1,000 to come if we stay top 6.was tempted last week but going the distance now.
hello all fellow Happy Clappers ... Leeds United really sent up a promotion flare on Saturday, and the teams fighting for the playoffs will be praying they don't draw the Whites if they get there ... we are now seeing teams blip during the run in, and it shows just what pressure and expectation can do to players ... we get a tough point away to Fulham and are held at home by an in-form QPR and that's seen as a blip, but never have we looked like shipping 3 or more goals Monk is proving yet again why he is such a highly regarded manager within the game ... he is absolutely in tune with his squad, he doesn't miss a thing and he doesn't do favouritism ... his dropping Pontus on Saturday spoke volumes, and sends a message to everyone that is crystal clear, so there is no animosity or sulking in the dressing room ... Monk stated that leaving Pontus out was a decision that was taken "for the good of the group", he did NOT say it was tactical or to rest the player ... clearly Monk wanted to straighten out a wrinkle with Pontus, I can only guess he wasn't too thrilled with Pontus' recent performances where he dilly dallied too much on the ball in dangerous positions ... Monk must have asked him to rein in the Messi impersonations, and Pontus probably did it once too often, thereby putting the team at risk It is this clear, precise man management that is the difference between the top managers and the rest ... Monk is not a spiteful man, he simply places the squad first, and if anyone misses a beat, they are made to understand where they need to improve and focus their energies ... Pontus will know that, even with his shiny new contract in his pocket, that he can be replaced ... to be left out for what was our biggest game of the season so far must have been a shock, specially considering that Ayling was out as well, showed that Monk has the courage to make the right decisions ... the way in which the players responded highlighted how strong this group is both mentally and physically, and you can see that they are pushing each other to perform their best at all times ... Leeds are certainly a club on the rise this season, and Monk and his support staff are the reason, without a doubt Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Just to be clear Jannson has 12 yellows to date...15 yellows before the end of the season means a 3 game ban. What's not clear is if the term 'end of the season' includes the play offs. Hopefully it's the end of the 46 game season otherwise it seems a bit unfair.
I read it carries over into the playoofs, so if he got his 15th playing the first leg he would miss the second leg and possible final. Once you approach 15 there is no deadline unlike 5 and 10
Not sure if I've mentioned it but Green has been awarded a years extension to his contract having activated it by hitting his appearance quota
