if you own a percentage of something and its value increases your percentage is worth more now doesn't matter how much Leeds Utd is worth the charge is fixed
I had to see him right he is the voice of the people helps when the voice knows what the fook its talking about
To do anything that increases the assets of the club like buying back ER, Radz either has to settle the charge in full or if not get their agreement to buy it. So if this price for the grund is 17 million, Radz needs 34 less what might have been paid till now to buy it. I don't know if he has to renegotiate with them on the new value of the club if GFH agree to this without the charge being paid off.
Radz appears to be a cautious businessman. He's clearly got an ok from GFH to buy ER if he's announced he's buying it. Surely?
Why, I just can't see any evidence that supports this? I am genuinely curious as to why you believe this is the case. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/06233875/charges/ygqknaGOe56Ay49lmKHzPklI3hM copy of the PDF file can be found here
