Leeds lost a behind closed doors training session against Turkish outfit Bursaspor last night.

Quite alarming that we lost 3-0. Am I the only one that does not think Liam Cooper is good enough?

What's with this 'training session'. I'm sure had we won, we would have called it a friendly!!!

Bellusci has been released from his Elland Road contract.

Good morning all.It is not sensible to sell players until we see how the newcomers settle in, some players may improve under the new coach. We are back to the real world we must wait and give everyone a chance.

Morning all. Lets nail this training session/friendlies thing on the head. In recent seasons, they have become increasingly meaningless. I know many supporters try to glean every ounce of information they can on new players, but these arent the games to do it in. I attended enough friendlies down the years to see exactly how utterly pointless they are. They meant a little when you had one or two new signings to assess and you could slot them in with maybe nine of last seasons, they mean nothing these days. Ive said on a few occasions,the real test for the squad and perhaps more importantly, the new coach, will be ten games in when we need to be in the top four in the division. Only then will it be clear if Rads apparent good work will have been a success. Hopefully fans at games and on social media will have the cop on to give the squad a fair chance before the condemnations begin

 

Britt Assombalonga is ****,Monk sacked by October This sale must put Wood in the £20 million + bracket.

 

Monk has paid big money for 3 players that HE wants those players will respect Monk for having all that faith in them

The new signings played well but need to develop an understanding of how the team will play

 

Agree with Eire a pointless exercise for seeing how the team will do this season. Fitness, bonding, team spirit. Tommy gets to see their personalities, their weaknesses and their strengths. He gets to see Monks players as he did in the first half last night, and they were crap at the back.

Anita was ok but I thought he was right midfield and not right back? Alliosci looks a gem but was played down the left, Samu was tricky as silk and tough to get the ball off so will get fouled like crazy. Ekuban started like a house on fire but vanished later in the half, but again this looks like a bargain.

Silvestri played 90 minutes which must mean hes had his tour game and is going. Especially as BPF has been sent back from Oldham as they changed their minds about the loan? Next game we should see Greene back from his knock and Klich

Duke, Silvestri, Antonnson, Bridcutt, Dallas, to be sold with Phillips going out on loan

Now Morison's back in championship, do you reckon he'll be first choice to fill the empty strikers space?

Cooper isn't first choice material but we've know that for a few years now as we're looking at too CB in the Domestic Market it makes me feel like Cooper Won't be first choice.

So glad that Bellusci has gone.

As who I would get rid of.... Duke, Silvestri my dislike for them is well know. I'd then send Denton, BPF and Philips out on loan
