As a moderator I can't believe there is so little support for our fellow Sunderland supporter in his hour of need.

It's funny as **** though this thread!!!

Keep it to yourself Billy (don't tell anyone else on here :emoticon-0127-lipss ), but I love Scotland!

Great views, awesome golf courses and some of the best pubs in the land!

I Love scotland too to be fair! Although Glasgow was a little dodgy when I worked there 12 years ago! Lovely all in all though. Golf courses are fantastic - I went to St Andrews with some of the lads just for a tour of the place and they allowed us on the putting green - I've never seen anything like the undulations man!!

It reminds me of some of the pubs we went to in South Carolina Aussie. You'd get directions to a place, turn up and we'd all be like, er is that it? I guess we're all just used to drinking in pubs that look like pubs.

As long as the drinks flowing cold it shouldn't matter what it looks like.

Might be a good idea of a thread though Aussie, posting a picture of our local. If you got one or from google maps?

Apparently if you live there you can buy an annual season ticket for about £100. Gets you a round on all of the courses in the district, including Kingsbarns.

You should try Carnoustie Marcus. We've been there 3 times now.

There are 3 courses, the Championship, Burnside and Buddon. The Championship costs about £130 but for another £30 or so you can play all 3.

I'm surprised that no one has already told you this but trust me it works mate.

Whatever you did when you had say ten pints you usually forget the next day, but go and drink another ten pints and you will remember. Simple, just go and get bladdered again :)
