1839 giuseppo duodo born in hull. married at holy trinity hull on 15 november 1858 to elizabeth watson that's a long time back.
Why was that? Presumably you passed the 11plus and went on to higher education at a Grammar school? I lived in a council house and went the 11 plus route to University. As well as the 11plus I also took an exam for Hymers College with 2 other pupils to attempt to qualify for a scholarship to go there fee free. None of us were successful although 1 guy was accepted by Hymers as a fee paying student following the 11 plus exam.
It is a long time back for the Duodo surname to be in Hull, however Kofi's family ancestry is Ghanaian by only one generation back, his father Eric.
There's something very American Dad about that line. I feel like the back story there might be worth hearing. Incidentally Castro, I think you don't understand the current state of education as well as you think you do, and I also think Brid is really **** and found it funny to learn that whilst mocking Hull all this time, that's where you live.
There is much to like about Brid (and it's a place I do enjoy visiting from time to time), but there's also much to like about Hull. I'd rather live here of course but that's just me.
I didnt say there was anything wrong with her, I said she's not all that. I saw her on telly before I knew my acquaintance was seeing her and I thought she was pretty hot, but in the flesh she's a 6 out of 10 max. And one of the times I met she was at a wedding (not hers) so she was obviously making an effort, it wasnt like she was skanky pyjamas eating ice cream from the tub.
not to mention incompetent arrogant won't-listen know-it-alls being given the secretary of state for education job, the corrosive effects of ofsted, and the weekly reams of new untested unscientific dogmatic often contradictory rules for teaching staff to try to include in the mountain of pettiness.
