I've never been a huge fan of beef / steak. I much prefer just about any other commercially available meat.
good point. its IMO plates are cold etc and tense the meat the wood board will be absolute room temp and just lets it relax.
Same before cooking....get that steak up to room temperature first...no from the fridge to the pan/bbq
After a good hike with the Muttley in Annalong Valley...my chops and ribs bathing in two diff marinades.. Some fine butchers burgers and sausages...its BBQ TIME..
Cooked 200 quarter pounders and 150 hotdogs this afternoon. Got through loads of onions and mushy peas too
Did you make anything for the wife and kids to eat tonight, or just your own dinner? Mushy peas are disgusting.
Biscan's out looking for business down by the sea front tonight if you're interested Or did you mean, horse, or dog, or roadkill ??
