I used to dabble with Jack3D a few years back....christ that stuff was bad,. Think it got banned cos a couple of US soldiers died and they had taken it. Think they had underlying heart problems or summit so it wasn't a direct result of jack3d.

I'm 5ft 11, about 16 and a half stone. My diet is crap at the mo but I play squash and golf regularly and footy when I can (being in rural australia it's a bit hard to come by).

I've put on a couple of stone since I moved here - beer and BBQ lifestyle I think, but I'm gonna get back to some sort of better eating lifestyle soon, and start running again.

Might see if I can find some buckshee jack3d !!

Ah yes Jack3D, I remember that being taken off the market, never tried myself. Was that the one they found to have some sort of methamphetamine in or was that something else?

DMAA mate, funnily enough when you google jack3d you'd expect reams and reams of horror stories to appear but there's hardly any. Think you can still buy it in America and it ain't illegal to actually buy it or own it in this country.

They've brought out jack3d micro, which is basically the same stuff minus the DMAA

Put the speed upto 12km, felt a nip in the back of my thigh so decided to put it back down to 10km, finish the run, rest for couple of days or so, then get back on. No point in pushing the barriers everytime if it risks injury this early on. Gonna play it safe and build myself up slowly. Gonna have some good rest until tuesday - Have a well earned Beer/Vodka or two and hopefully celebrating Newcastle safety...

Or getting the 160 quid from the winnings of betting on our relegation.

Don't overdo it with the tuna and make sure the cod liver oil is from a high quality source and purity tested or you could end up consuming dangerous amounts of mercury. It's nasty stuff which bioaccumulates in your body and can cause brain, nervous system, lung, kidney and heart damage if you are exposed to too much.

This place is pretty good for vitamins, cod liver oil etc: http://www.healthspan.co.uk/

Exercise wise, I need to do more cycling and swimming - used to do a lot more than I do now and loved it. Thankfully I get a lot of other exercise day to day and seem to have a good metabolism so I'm not looking too shabby or flabby! 6ft5in and 14st7lb

I have 2 or so cans of tuna a week. I eat things like Mackrel on other days, or maybe lean chicken.

That's one of the reasons why I wouldn't bodybuild. It's not the handwork in the gym I can't handle, it's the hard work in the kitchen and in the toilet lol.

You off work today? I'm stuck in work. Don't get home till 5.30-6.

I'm off today. Yeah, this creatine ain't that great. Like I said before C4 is nice but this Mr Hyde stuff doesn't really give you a lift, gives slight bloatation and tastes utterly ****ing vile. It also gives you a horrible crash, like a weird chugging sensation in your chest. Not nice at all.

You tried the long cycle mate? I'm at 22 reps with 2x16 Kg Bells.

Real killer finisher after a workout. It absolutely destroys abs and shoulders.

Wow, I felt like **** after a hard days work. Out the door at 10, 80 minute trip to gateshead to work, started at 11:30, got stuck on a call until 8.20pm, got home at 9.35, was really not motivated to work out, did it anyway, stepped off the treadmill, went in the shower, and I feel fantastic.

It's really amazing what exercise does for you. Completely changes your life.
