I was about to say I've had a shocker with only 1 correct result.. but then it looks like everyone has

Ironically I predicted a 2-1 LFC win on my own prediction league as well

 

You should know by now that I don't need to worry about my score. I just fiddle it later on and go through.

Today's results have sadly seen 4 of us bite the dust even before the round is completed

 

See its a perspective thing. In a competition like this one mans sadness is another mans joy. So just deal quietly with your sadness, wish your obviously better opponent good luck in the next round and get on with your life. Especially if it was a veritable thrashing. Thinking of putting my U15 side out for tonight's prediction.

 

Surely I'm through to given I can just change my prediction to whatever Kiwi posts

I also spotted that this was a option but am too much of a sportsmen to contemplate it (# usewhenneeded). The fact that you might resort to such an option when up against someone who hasn't even posted his predictions with one game left says a lot for your prediction powers. Come on Kiwi you are still in with a chance and it would be soul destroying for BG to lose to someone who only predicted one game in eight.

 

I have no such moral turmoil. I am only interested in winning, and will win at all costs. I'm Kiwi is a nice chap, but he can celebrate his national cricket team (if he is NZ). My prediction powers have defo deserted me this month. I need to get back on track, at least the mackems made sure I got the points. I was one goal in either that or the Arsenal game from perfect predictions. I just need some fine tuning #ablowjob

 

I hope that wasn't a request as I don't perform without an incentive. A free passage if drawn together in the next round and I might start to think about it.

In hindsight it does sound a little gay (as does in hindsight).

 

I hadn't thought of this - if I beat the organiser do I get to take over the competition. If so I promise I will treat his balls with the utmost respect.

 

You are welcome to change your score at any time. However, Under rule 23, sub-clause 7, each score change will incur a 3 points penalty. This could lead to the distinct possibility of being he first person in the history of all prediction leagues to finish with a negative score!
