Unfortunately it's a mandate from people who have nothing in common with the vast majority of the English people who work, pay taxes and turn out to vote. It's a parallel universe.

I know a few, they are just as hard working as anyone else, just obsessive and deluded. They think he's the Messiah, and don't give a fig about the Labour Party.

It won't happen a second time. Look what happened to Lord Owen- Screaming Lord Sutch beat the SDP in a byelection and offered them a coalition, causing the noble Lord to give up front-line politics. Call me a fantasist, but I actually believe the Labour Party will finish ahead of the Official Monster Raving Loony Party in the coming byelections<cheers>.

Corbyn belives in the old Bennite theory that "the Electorate are wrong".
The problem with that theory is you cant change them for a new one...

I was told last week that 7000 a day were leaving the party after his inept handling of the Brexit vote. I quite liked him when he was a back-bench protest politician, but my cat has more leadership qualities than he has.

My two favourite books by politicians are Alan Clarke's Diaries and The Tony Benn Tapes.

Mind boggling. I can't imagine what has to happen for them to introduce sensible gun laws. They will come out with the same old bollocks about mental health being the problem, not guns, when the next group of school children get shot to death.

"The Right to Bear Arms" is very dear to a lot of Americans. It doesn't matter how many atrocities are committed, it's never the fault of the gun laws. The gun lobby are 100% unyielding in their determination to hold on to this right.

A lot of Americans seem to have a frontier mentality, American history - "Freedom" from the nasty oppressive British - was built on guns. Any attack on that right is seen as an attack on American identity.

Never been there, but I imagine Deliverance is still an accurate portrayal.

I don't think anyone should have the rights to a bear's arms.

It's a bloody sick world if you ask me.

I love Trump, though. Love him.

Picking fights with the media and the judiciary doesn't appear to be a wise move.

    And especially the intelligence community.

Who will last longer? Trump or Robinson.

His supporters will love it. If he wanted to he could announce the wall on the Mexican border has been built or his promise to build one was a false truth from the evil media and his supporters would believe either. Reality had been suspended in the US for the term of President Trump.

Love is blind. Drumpf complaining about dishonesty is hilarious. It's like he's stuck in attack mode whatever.

The right will excuse everything he does. The left will moan about everything he does.

His performance yesterday suggested several mental illnesses. Why the need to continually talk about Clinton? Very insecure man.
