    My quote should have said Blackpool releasing 17 ! Elliot Parish and Steven Davies amongst them.

    I liked Steve Davies when he was with us, but if he came back now we are back in the Championship that would be a bit of a kick in the teeth to the club. Plays only for us in the Championship? I only want players who play for the shirt not the league we are in.

    According to Andy Stockhausen he want's a move up north so Bradford is his likely destination. Daniel Bentley however is someone we are still very keen on.

    Surely not ROD? Davies had a real attitude problem, was hardly ever fit. Did he train properly?

    Bentley won't be going anywhere to sit on the bench. With Feielding in the form he's in we will only be getting a decent back up keeper which I suspect would be a loanee to keep transfer funds for other positions.

    Apparently though we are very keen on Bentley. This isn't someone we're going to sign and say, Fielding has had a good season so he's our number 1. He will be brought in to challenge for that number 1 spot. Outside of the premier league he is probably the most sought after keeper so who ever gets him will be lucky! We should sign him and if he pushes FF out then that's only a good thing.
