    He sounds like he had some real potential, but just didn't get the chance to show himself off with us.

    There must be a thousand kids just like him just hoping for that one break to make the big time.

    I hope he gets it with Charlton.

    I thought he had a couple of outstanding performances at the end of the season.

    Very pleased with this first signing.

    The club has developed a habit of keeping figures to themselves and you can't believe numbers in the press.

    I doubt it was megabucks and if that's the case, there must still be a few bob in the purse for other positions.

    This one is weird IMO. You either hold a scarf and wear the shirt or hold the shirt and wear a scarf (or just hold the shirt or just wear the shirt) - why would you hold the shirt and wear the shirt? Who's idea was that? (glad he's signed BTW!)
